PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of detecting current input to or output from two power elements.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a plurality of power elements 11, 12, a conductive plate for electrically connecting the plurality of power elements with each other and a current detection part 50 for detecting current input to or output from the plurality of power elements. The conductive plate has: a first mounting part 29 and a third mounting part 31 which are connected to an electrode of the first power element; a second mounting part 30 and a fourth mounting part 32 which are connected to an electrode of the second power element; and first coupling parts 41, 42, 44 for connecting the first power element and the second power element in series by coupling the second mounting part and the third mounting part. The semiconductor device further comprises: an output terminal 28 electrically connected to the second mounting part or the third mounting part; and a current detection part fastened to the output terminal, in which a magnetic field generated by flow of current at the output terminal transmits the current detection part. |
