PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect the opinion of the whole users to a reservation facility.SOLUTION: A recommendation device 10 includes: a collection unit 15a that collects logs of messages from a room in which messages posted by users are placed; an extraction unit 15b that extracts keywords from the messages collected in the predetermined room out of the logs collected by the collection unit 15a; and a search unit 15c that searches for a facility with a heavier weight added to keywords extracted from a newly posted message out of the keywords extracted by the extraction unit 15b.
