To provide a method for evaluating analysis results for specific substances, a computer program for evaluating analysis results for specific substances, an analysis method for specific substances, a simulation method for specific substances, and a computer program for simulation of specific substances, whereby actual measurement values for material characteristics of specific substances and simulation values for material characteristics of specific substances can be accurately matched, compared, and evaluated. This method for creating analysis models for specific substances includes: a first step in which mapping parameters are calculated on the basis of actual measurement results for material characteristics of specific substances and simulation results for material characteristics using an analysis model for specific substances; a second step in which the mapping parameters are used and the actual measurement results and simulation results for the material characteristics are converted; and a third step in which the actual measurement results and simulation results converted in the second step are compared and parameters for an analysis model for specific substances are determined.
