A database access method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an access request input by a client, wherein the access request includes at least one command statement (101); performing rule matching processing on the command statement included in the access request and a rule in a pre-set rule set, performing transformation processing on a statement which is matched with the rule and is included in the access request, and generating a sinking statement meeting a data source execution requirement, wherein the sinking statement is a statement issued to a database to be executed by a data source (102); and transmitting the sinking statement to a database to which the sinking statement points (103). Also provided are a database access apparatus and a database system utilizing the method.
