The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transport vehicle capable of more accurately detecting the vehicle speed even if tilt in the vehicle axis direction changes as a result of a change in a loading state. To provide such a transport vehicle, a transport vehicle (10) is provided with: a vehicle speed sensor (6) for using the Doppler shift of electromagnetic waves to detect the speed of movement relative to the ground; a loading state information acquisition unit (pressure sensor (15)) for acquiring loading state information indicating the loading state of transport vehicle (10) cargo; a correction angle determination unit (41a) for determining, on the basis of the loading state information, a correction angle for cancelling out the displacement of the vehicle axis pitching angle of the transport vehicle that accompanies variation of the loading state; and a movement speed correction unit (41b) for correcting the movement speed obtained by the vehicle speed sensor (6) using the correction angle. |
