PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine registration device and program that determine whether a medicine is billable, and can register the medicine as the billable medicine even when it is determined that the medicine is not billable.SOLUTION: A medicine registration device comprises: first input means; reading means; determination means; second input means; registration means; and output means. The first input means is configured to receive an input of identification information capable of identifying a medicine, and the reading means is configured to read information on the medicine having the identification information whose input is received from a storage unit storing information on the medicine including billable or non-billable information. The determination means is configured to determine whether information indicative of non-acceptance of billing is registered in the billable or non-billable information, and the second input means is configured to receive an input of whether to register the information indicative of the non-acceptance of billing as a medicine targeted for billing even when the information indicative of the non-acceptance of billing is registered therein. The registration means is configured to register the information on the medicine, and the output means is configured to output the information on the medicine registered by the registration means. |
