A method and photographing terminal for photographing an object motion trajectory. The method comprises: a photographing terminal photographs one picture at every preset exposure time; whenever a picture is photographed, the photographing terminal first removes interference information from the picture before compositing, then composites the picture removed of the interference information to produce a new object motion trajectory image, and makes the new object motion trajectory picture a to-be-composited picture; when the new object motion trajectory picture satisfies a first preset criterion, the new object motion trajectory picture satisfying the first preset criterion is stored.
