The present invention relates to a method for preparing bamboo salt, comprising: a process of staking a plurality of pine firewood in the lower portion of a furnace; a first process of primarily stacking a great amount of bamboo pieces on the stack of pine firewood; a process of aligning a plurality of small cylinders for filling salt on the bamboo pieces, wherein the small cylinder is densely perforated in less than or equal to 3 mm and has a diameter of within 1 m; a second process of secondarily stacking the great amount of the bamboo pieces on the small cylinder for filling salt; a process of aligning a large cylinder for filling salt on the bamboo pieces, which are stacked in the second process, wherein the large cylinder is densely perforated in less than or equal to 3 mm and has a diameter of larger than or equal to 3 m; a third process of thirdly stacking the large amount of bamboo pieces on the large cylinder for filling salt; a process of pre-heating the stack for one to three hours by setting fire on the pine firewood; a process of firing the bamboo pieces at a temperature of between 600-800 deg. C for at least 48 hours; a process of removing ashes for taking out the small cylinders for filling salt and the large cylinders for filling salt, upon the completion of firing, to remove ashes, which are generated during the firing of the bamboo pieces and the pine firewood, by using a blower; a process of grinding the salt, which has been fired in the small cylinders for filling salt and the large cylinders for filling salt, and then repeating the steps, upon the completion of grinding process. |
