PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which enables the reduction in a load on a control part for controlling a correction process accompanying phase difference detection in the case of an imaging sensor having pixels for phase difference detection.SOLUTION: An imaging device of the present invention comprises: an image pickup device having pixels for imaging and pixels for phase difference detection; signal processing means for making correction on image data read out from the image pickup device with a correction parameter and position information of pixels for phase difference detection; control means for controlling the operation of the imaging device so as to take an image according to a decided image-taking condition; and output means for outputting image data involved in image taking and read out from the image pickup device to the signal processing means in a form including the image data and control information for controlling correction on the image data by signal processing means. The control means outputs an image-taking condition to the output means at the time of taking an image, and the output means outputs image data involved in the image taking and read out from the image pickup device to the signal processing means together with the control information based on the image-taking condition. Further, the signal processing means uses a correction parameter specified by the control information and position information to correct the image data. |
