The present invention relates to: a structure comprising a link comprising β-cyclodextrin and a scaffold; and a preparation method therefor. A cellulose-adipate-β-cyclodextrin structure of the present invention is effective in the removal of cholesterol from food, thereby reducing the occurrence of adult diseases and chronic diseases caused by excessive cholesterol ingestion, and thus can be helpful in health management, recovery and enhancement.
