PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and hot water air-conditioning system capable of suppressing the generation of dew condensation similarly to conventional systems and reducing cost as compared with the conventional systems.SOLUTION: Control means 6 controls each flow regulating valve 4 to be closed not to pass a hydrothermal medium through each radiator 3 set to be able to operate only in a heating operation active mode in a cooling operation active mode, and permits the heating operation active mode to be switched to the cooling operation active mode on condition that all the flow regulating valves 4 are closed if receiving an indication to switch from the heating operation active mode to the cooling operation active mode from operation means 51 in the heating operation active mode; or controls each flow regulating valve 4 to be closed not to pass the hydrothermal medium through each radiator 3 set to be able to operate only in the cooling operation active mode in the heating operation active mode, and permits the cooling operation active mode to be switched to the heating operation active mode on condition that all the flow regulating valves 4 are closed if receiving an indication to switch from the cooling operation active mode to the heating operation active mode from the operation means 51 in the cooling operation active mode. |
