PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting-off apparatus which can perform both the cutting and perforating of a cutting object stably and relatively simply, which can omit space more than in the prior art, and which is easy in maintenance.SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface 2a of a cutter roll 2, there are formed: cutting blades 10 and 11 formed as a whole to extend continuously in the peripheral direction of said outer peripheral surface 2a; and perforation blades 20 to 23 formed as a whole to extend in a peripheral direction of said outer peripheral surface 2a thereby cutting a cutting object 5 at a predetermined interval to thereby form perforations. |
