PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency, peculiarly high photoelectric conversion efficiency of light in a near-infrared region, low rate of change (film thickness dependency) in the photoelectric conversion efficiency in the case where the thickness of a photoelectric conversion layer is changed, and good durability.SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell has a cathode, an anode, and a photoelectric conversion layer arranged between the cathode and the anode, and the photoelectric conversion layer contains a part containing antimony selenide and a part containing an organic semiconductor having a molecular weight of less than 5000. |
