PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the spray and diffusion of hyperfine particles while achieving the aid of the rising-up of fine water droplets and reverse flow avoidance utilizing a simple air flow generation means.SOLUTION: In a hyperfine particle diffusion device, a motor is driven, and, in accordance with the rotation of a motor rotary shaft, a rotor and a fan are rotated, and the first rising air flow is generated in a square enclosure and an inner enclosure. Further, in a state where the rotor is rotated, liquid is dropt from the tip part of a hose toward the surface of the rotor, is collide against the surface of the rotor and is thereafter made into fine particles by the centrifugal force in accordance with the rotation of the rotor, and the fine particles are diffused to the outside. The fine particles diffused to the outside are collide against a tilted projection in a collision plate and are made into hyperfine particles, and the hyperfine particles are lifted by the second rising air flow generated at the inner enclosure, and are subsequently sprayed and diffused to the outside air. |
