In an example, a method for check-in based payment processing can include receiving check-in data, generating a pre-approval, sending a one-time-use PIN, receiving a validated transaction, and processing a payment. The check-in data can include a merchant identifier and user information identifying a user registered with the check-in service and associated with a mobile device. The pre-approval can include a one-time-user PIN. The validated transaction can include the one-time-user PIN associated with the pre-approval.</p> |
