A system for providing integrated point management service according to the present invention includes: an interface unit for communicating with user terminals and a seller terminal through network; a database unit for storing point information possessed by each of the user terminals; a location information verifying unit for verifying location information of a user terminal in the event that a payment request about the user terminal is received from the seller terminal and verifying other user terminal located in the same region as that of the user terminal; a point information generating unit for inquiring point information possessed by each of the user terminal corresponding to the payment request and the other user terminal located in the same region as that of the user terminal from the database unit and generating group point information by summing up the inquired point information; and a payment processing unit for processing point payment about the user terminal corresponding to the payment request based on the generated group point information.
