The present invention relates to a PCB testing device capable of testing heat conduction of a PCB by heating and measuring the PCB in real time. The PCB testing device comprises: a case (10) providing an inner space isolated from the outside in order for the PCB to be tested without being influenced from the outside; a PCB mounting unit (20) installed in the inner space of the case (10), gripping and mounting both sides of the PCB in order for both sides of the PCB to be exposed; a heating unit (30) providing heat of a temperature suitable for a test to one side of the PCB mounted on the PCB mounting unit (20); and a PCB heat conduction checking unit (40) checking the heat conduction of the PCB heated by the heating unit (30) through an other side of the PCB.
