The sock (1) has a heating element (8) arranged on a foot part (2). The heating element is connected with connections (7) for a power supply with a battery. The connections are arranged in an upper region of a leg part (3). A reversible cuff (6) is arranged at an upper end of the leg part. The connections are formed and attached at an inner side of the cuff in a folded state. The battery is fixed and partially held in a correct position in the folded state of the cuff. The foot and leg parts below the cuff are provided with an inner sock (4) and an outer sock (5) connected with each other. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sock heating arrangement comprising a control unit and a battery pack (2) a method for producing a heatable sock.
