The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing spur and riding boots including the same. The shock-absorbing spur comprises a spur unit, a spring, a support unit, and a support pin. The spur unit has a ring, a support projection, and a rod in an integrated body, and forms a slide hole to penetrate along a length direction of the spur unit. The spring is assembled with the rod, and a support pin which is longer than the spur unit is inserted in the slide hole. The support unit is fitted in the support pin, so a structure in which a hanging unit is fixed to the support pin protruding into the ring is formed. A bottom unit on which the sole of a foot is seated and an upper unit is integrated with an upper side of the bottom unit to wrap the foot and a leg, and a hole having a smaller cross-section than that of the support pin is formed on a heel of the bottom unit. The support pin is fixed and fitted into the hole, and the heel is disposed to be separated from the rod. The support unit comes in contact with the surface of the heel, and both ends of the spring respectively are assembled to come in contact with the support unit and the support projection. Accordingly, even when the spur is applied to a horse, agitation of the horse is prevented through buffering by the ring and the spring, and a rider may be prevented from being hurt by falling. |
