An artificial flower, suitable for planting into artificial grass, comprises petals 100 attached to a domed flower head 103 and a flower stem 102. A dedicated insertion tool 109 comprises a multi-faceted cross section elongate portion 110 extending perpendicularly from a top surface 111, which provides connection means for a spanner. The lower end of the stem of the artificial flower which is opposite the petal end has a drive auger 107 or screw which enables insertion or planting into the artificial grass. The dedicated insertion tool 109 removably attaches to the flower stem 102 by an open-ended spanner means 115 and enables axial rotation of the flower whilst applying downward force to the auger 107. |
