摘要 The present invention relates to a method for improving viscosity and a molecular weight of petroleum hydrocarbon and, more specifically, to a method for improving viscosity and a molecular weight of petroleum hydrocarbon through a radical cross-linking reaction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method can effectively suppress the aggregation of asphaltene components in the petroleum hydrocarbon by inserting oxidative gas into a mixture in which the petroleum hydrocarbon and a peroxide-based compound are mixed and treating the same with heat. In addition, by improving the fluidity in accordance with the suppression of the aggregation of asphaltene components in the petroleum hydrocarbon, the method can suppress the formation of an incompatible component, thereby solving a problem such as the deterioration of a physical property, a fuel oil efficiency loss, etc. Also, the method can properly control the viscosity and the molecular weight by considering a use, an effect, etc. of the petroleum hydrocarbon. Besides, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the method can improve efficiency of the radical cross-linking reaction of the petroleum hydrocarbon by using a reactor filled with bead.
