The present invention can maintain accuracy of energy performance prediction by automatically calibrating a building energy model at regular time intervals, thereby securing the building energy model capable of always reflecting actual building performance even if deterioration occurs in building factors including awnings and windows, energy facilities and the like. Additionally, the calibration of building energy model allows more accurate prediction and analysis, thereby allowing set-up of a goal for energy consumption, and thus energy of the building can be reduced more efficiently and a pleasant environment can be promoted for habitants. |
