The present invention provides a hollow fiber membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. The hollow fiber membrane is a hollow fiber membrane comprising two species of porous polymer resins. The hollow fiber membrane is formed with a crimp in a longitudinal direction, wherein the number of crimps is 2 to 15. The hollow fiber membrane of the present invention is efficiently capable of removing sludge or the like during an aeration period by providing good crimping ability for the outside.
