The present invention comprises wireless communication devices (130), (150) and a usage fee calculation device (110), the usage fee calculation device (110) having: a supply fee calculation unit for multiplying a per-unit-amount energy supply unit price by the difference between a starting-time remaining value for the energy of a vehicle and an end-time remaining value for the energy of the vehicle, to calculate a fee for the amount of energy supplied to the vehicle by supply equipment (C); a time fee calculation unit for multiplying a per-unit-time time price for the usage of a parking lot (P) by the time elapsed between reception of start-time data and reception of end-time data, to calculate the fee for the usage time of the parking lot (P) by the vehicle; and a usage fee calculation unit for calculating the usage fee for the parking lot (P) on the basis of the fee calculated by the supply fee calculation unit and the fee calculated by the time fee calculation unit. |
