The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) pile with a sheath, overcoming the structural weakness and improving deteriorated workability caused by cutting of a head part and allowing the economical construction of the PC pile through connection with a pre-tensioned spun high strength concrete pile (PHC). The PC pile with the sheath comprises: the sheath connected to the end of an axial reinforcing bar of an internal reinforcing bar; and the PC pile formed to allow the internal reinforcing bar and the sheath to be embedded therein.
