The present invention relates to a water separation apparatus of a sludge tank for a purifier which can reduce fuel oil consumption required in combustion by separating water from sludge generated in a ship lubricating oil cleaner or a fuel oil cleaner. In an apparatus for separating water from sludge as the sludge generated in the purifier (100) is stored in a sludge tank (200), a sludge pump (210) is installed at a connection line (L11) in the sludge tank (200), and a water separation apparatus (300) is connected to the connection line (L11) and separates the water from the sludge according as the sludge stored in the sludge tank (200) is supplied through the connection line (L11) according to the operation of the sludge pump (210).
