The method that a base station allocate resources in a device-to-device (D2D) communications system comprises the following steps of: receiving a resource allocation request from a D2D transmission terminal in a D2D pair performing D2D communications; receiving an interference list including a unique identifier of a terminal interfering a D2D reception terminal, from the D2D transmission terminal or the D2D reception terminal in the D2D pair; and allocating resource to the D2D pair by reusing the resource based on the interference list. The interference list includes a predetermined number of unique identifiers with a high degree of interference.
