The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing vehicle repairing service configured to determine a breakdown based on the information collected by monitoring vehicle condition, prevent a breakdown in advance by providing repairing service based on the determination result, and provide a rapid vehicle repairing. The system for providing vehicle repairing service, comprises: a vehicle information collecting part installed in a vehicle for collecting vehicle information including light state information; a breakdown determination part for determining a breakdown of a vehicle by using the vehicle information collected by said vehicle information collecting part and generating breakdown determination result information based on the determination result; and repairing service provision part for analyzing a breakdown determination result information generated in said breakdown determination part and providing repairing service depending on the analysis result.
