The present invention relates to a mat set for both heating and cooling. More specifically, the present invention relates to the mat set for both heating and cooling which can reduce electromagnetic interference and power consumption as compared to heating by a conventional electric hot wire by heating and cooling water at a designated temperature by applying electricity to a Peltier device and then injecting the water into the mat, can be used in all seasons through dual supply of cold water and hot water, can prevent damage to the Peltier device by cooling heat of the Peltier device through a non-noise roller part including a first roller and a second roller, and can prevent blockage of the water by comprising a grid type waterway integrated with an inner circumference and then interconnecting the waterway and a mat comprising a non-compressed part making the water flow along a waterway line and a compressed part blocking the waterway by compressing the inner circumference except the non-compressed part. |
