A self-piercing rivet device is disclosed. The self-piercing rivet device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame which is formed in a C-shape to allow both ends thereof to be arranged to face each other and is installed in the front end of an arm of a robot; a drill piercing unit which is installed on the bottom of an anvil die mounted on one side of the bottom of the frame in a state that two base materials overlap each other and is lifted up and down toward the base materials to process a mounting hole in the base materials; and a riveting unit which is installed on one side of the top of the frame by corresponding to the anvil die and couples the base materials with each other by riveting a rivet supplied from a rivet supplier to the mounting hole formed in the base materials by the drill piercing unit using a clamper and a piston. Therefore, the present invention prevents cracks by enabling stable coupling regardless of the rigidity and thickness of an object.
