The embodiment of the application provides a method and a system for acquiring field data. The method comprises pre-setting a field collection server for collecting the field data; a server in an online system receiving an access request from a field collection terminal, executing operation corresponding to the user access request, and transmitting the field data generated by executing the operation to the field collection server; the field collection server receiving the field data from the server in the online system, and storing the field data and corresponding server identifier into a field data database; the field collection server receiving a field data acquisition request from the field collection terminal, the field data acquisition request including the desired server identifier in the online system; and the field collection server searching the field data database, acquiring the field data corresponding to the server identifier according to the stored corresponding relationship, and returning the searched field data back to the field collection terminal.
