Disclosed is a bearing cooling device of a centrifugal compressor, capable of enhancing the performance of cooling a rear bearing and preventing a decrease in the durability of the bearing by forming a bypass capable of directly supplying cooled compressed air to the rear bearing without passing through a space between a stator and a rotor of an electric motor inside the compressor. The bearing cooling device of the centrifugal compressor includes: a rotary shaft (200) installed inside a case (100) for the rotation of an impeller (300); the electric motor (400) installed to provide a driving force for the rotary shaft (200); a front bearing (210) axially supporting the rotary shaft (200) around the electric motor (400) at a position adjacent to the impeller (300); the rear bearing (220) axially supporting the rotary shaft (200) around the electric motor (400) at a position facing the front bearing (210); and an additional passage (140) formed to reach the rear bearing (220) by bypassing the electric motor (400) in an outlet region of the impeller (300).
