PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce granulation time without depending on a framework of a conventional regulated concept while maintaining product quality in a granulating method of a fluid bed.SOLUTION: In a granulating method of a fluid bed for conducting granulating treatment of particulate matter by fluidizing particulate matter accommodated in a treatment vessel by a treatment air and spraying applying a liquid to the fluidized particulate matter, calorie consumed during the treatment air passes through the treatment vessel is Q(Q(kJ/min)=(air supply temperature-exhaust gas temperature)(K)×air flow(kg/min)×air ratio heat (J/g K)). Also added liquid amount per consumption calorie A(=B/C) is set at PL×6.8≤A≤PL×11 where consumption heat amount per unit perforated plate area Q is C(=Q/Sa)(kJ/min cm), B (kJ/min cm) is a value which the added liquid amount of the liquid per unit perforated plate area and PL is a PL value exhibiting liquid absorbing performance of the particulate matter. |
