PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device generating a noise-reduced reconstruction image: to provide a radial ray detection device: and to provide an image processing method.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a first generation part, a second generation part, a detection part and a correction part. The first generation part generates a first image on the basis of first data corresponding to a first energy photon of data based on radial ray energy. The second generation part generates a second image on the basis of second data corresponding to a second energy photon. The detection part detects a second block similar to a pattern of a pixel value of a first block included in the second image, in the second image. The correction part, in the first image, calculates a new pixel value of a third block using a pixel value included in the third block at a position corresponding to the position of the first bock in the second image and a pixel value included in a fourth block at a position corresponding to the position of the second block, and performs correction of the pixel value of the third block on the basis of the new pixel value. |
