PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for performing effective business activities on the basis of business card information.SOLUTION: An information processing device in an information processing system in which a business card reading device and the information processing device are connected via a network comprises: a storage section for storing information on a department composing an organization having one or more hierarchized units and information on a person belonging to the department acquired by reading a business card by means of the business card reading device; an acquisition section for acquiring information on any person belonging to the department composing the organization from any other medium than a business card; an identification section for identifying information on any person which is not stored in the storage section among the information on the persons acquired by the acquisition section; and an output section for outputting information on the identified person.
