PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can reduce pressure loss while air supplied into inside of a housing reaches at an annular opening around a rotation axis at a forward end of the housing.SOLUTION: An electric motor M comprises: a cylindrical housing 2 which accommodates a rotor core 1; a revolving shaft 3 which includes a first end part 31 protruded toward outside of the housing 2, and a second end part 32 positioned inside of the housing 2; and a bearing 4A which is arranged between the first end part 31 of the revolving shaft 3 and the rotor core 1, and rotatably supports the revolving shaft 3 at the inside of the housing 2. The housing 2 includes an air supply hole 27 which can be connected with an air supply source supplying an internal space 26 where the second end part 32 of the revolving shaft 3 is arranged with air. The revolving shaft 3 includes a through hole 34 which is extended from an air intake port 35 arranged at the second end part 32 to an air outflow port 36 on a peripheral surface of a partial region 33 positioned between the first end part 31 and the bearing 4A. |
