发明名称 REFINING METHOD OF HIGH CHROMIUM STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in steel bath temperature and perform production by fusion of high Cr-steel economically by lowering the O2 amount from the top blowing lance according to the C-concentration decrease in the molten steel in an oxygen top-blowing converter and decarbonizing the molten steel while preventing the Cr oxidation in the molten steel therein and yet letting the CO produced by burnt by excess O2. CONSTITUTION:At the time of refining high Cr-steel by supplying inert gas through the bottom tuyeres of the oxygen top-blowing converter and O2 through the top- blowing lance respectively, the O2 amount is lowered according to the decrease of the C concentration in the molten steel and the molten steel is decarbonized and refined while the Cr oxidation therein is being prevented. Further, the CO produced is burnt by the excess O2 from the top-blowing lance, whereby the steel bath temperature is maintained.
