The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting device where a triplet energy of a hole transport material in a hole transport layer is 2.4 to 3.2 eV, and electron affinity of the hole transport material is 2.2 to 2.6 eV, the triplet energy (E_T^HTL) of the hole transport material is greater than a triplet energy (E_T^d) of a dopant in an emission layer and a triplet energy (E_T^host) of a host in an emission layer, and a host material of the emission layer comprises a compound represented by chemical formula 1.
