A vehicle black box is provided. The present invention relates to the black box installed in a periphery of a room mirror provided to the inside of a vehicle and comprises: a camera housing having at least one camera module capturing a front side of the vehicle and a main substrate therein; a housing cover connected with the room mirror to have an exposure unit to enable a front end of a mirror holder fixated to the inside of the vehicle to cover an opened opening of the camera housing; a cable holder having a cable arrangement groove recessed to arrange a cable of a predetermined length electrically connected with the main substrate and having left and right assembly protrusions of which a front end elastically comes in contact with the camera housing or the housing cover to be fixated to be coupled to the camera housing or the housing cover.
