PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device, a measurement data processing unit, a measurement data processing method, and a computer program which are capable of displaying an analysis result of analysis processing in an easy-to-see manner using a plurality of measurement data.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shape measurement device includes: measurement data storage means 131 for storing a plurality of different measurement data; information selection receiving means 302 for receiving selection of information relating to at least one analysis technique from information relating to a plurality of analysis techniques; analysis location determination receiving means 303 for receiving the determination of a plurality of analysis locations for performing the analysis using information relating to the analysis technique having received the selection; analysis processing means 304 for executing analysis processing of the analysis location having received the determination; and analysis result display means 305 for displaying the analysis result by the information relating to a plurality of analysis techniques for each measurement data arranged side by side in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction so that the analysis results having analyzed the same analysis location between the plurality of measuring data are aligned in the first direction.
