PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit capable of shortening rewrite time, and a data rewrite system for the electronic control unit.SOLUTION: An ECU 100 comprises: a main microcomputer 10; a first sub-microcomputer 20; and a second sub-microcomputer 30. The main microcomputer 10, the first sub-microcomputer 20, and the second sub-microcomputer 30 include a main CPU 11, a first CPU 21, a second CPU 31; and flash memories 12, 22, and 32, respectively. If receiving common data as write data, the main CPU 11, the first CPU 21, and the second CPU 31 write the common data to common areas 12a, 22a, and 32a in the flash memories 12, 22, 32, respectively, in parallel timewise. |
