PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that is enhanced in stability.SOLUTION: A communication system has an NW managing device 1 which constitutes a network together with an authenticated target and distributes a session key used for communications in the network to manage the network, and equipment 2a authenticated by the NW managing device 1. When communication is impossible in the network, the NW managing device 1 determines whether the equipment 2a is allowed to be substituted as an alternative managing device for managing the network. When the equipment 2a is allowed as the alternative managing device, authentication information as information regarding an authenticated target is shared with the equipment 2a, and the equipment 2a shares the authentication information with the NW managing device 1. When the NW managing device 1 determines that communication is impossible in the network, the NW managing device 1 starts to manage the network with the authentication information as the alternative managing device. |
