The present invention relates to an offline connected payment system which sets a payment means and a payment in an online environment and processes the payment by using the payment means and a payment designated in advance when a seller and a buyer trade products or services in an offline environment afterward. The system sufficiently ensures the security of various payment means including prepaid and postpaid-type transportation cards and credit cards in the offline environment. The system can enhance the security and do not need separate and exclusive payment means to enhance the security, thereby being distinguished from other offline payment systems while ensuring security sufficiently with mobile terminals such as the smartphones of the seller and buyer. |
