A washer fluid heating device is provided with: a heating means including a lid attached to one end of a container and facing a washer fluid holding space, a case with a proximal end attached to the lid and extending toward the holding space, and a heating unit disposed in the case for heating the washer fluid in the holding space via the case; and a sense unit for sensing an empty-heating state caused by a decrease in the washer fluid in the holding space. The sense unit is disposed inside the case and located closer to the proximal end side of the case than the sense unit. |
