The present invention relates to a method for producing steamed rice noodles and, more specifically, to a method for producing a steamed rice noodle product which can be easily used as a meal instead of rice in order to improve convenience and make continuous demand for rice. The rice noodle product of the present invention is produced by using a steamed noodle manufacturing machine, so disadvantage of dried rice noodles which have been produced and taken for a long period of time is reduced. A method for producing dried rice noodles is simple, but needs enormous expense for facility. However, steamed rice noodles can be continuously produced if there is a manufacturing facility for steamed noodles, and the steamed rice noodles can be commercialized right after being produced and packaged. In addition, the steamed rice noodles have excellent texture when eaten by a consumer. Flour contains 12% of gluten such that paste is easily formed, however, rice does not sufficiently contain gluten such that paste is not easily formed. Therefore, the steamed rice noodles are produced by properly mixing a material property improver thereto. In addition, a condition is developed to produce steamed rice noodles having optimal marketability in order to maintain proper properties thereof when eaten by a consumer after distribution. |
