PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify the movement pattern of a moving object.SOLUTION: A processing unit comprises: a load detection section 11 for detecting a change in a load associated with movement of a moving object; and a processing section 43 for performing identification processing for identifying a movement pattern of the moving object between a first place and a second place on the basis of a result of detection by the load detection section 11. The load detection section 11 comprises: switch sections 21a and 21b disposed along a movement line connecting the first place and the second place and switching from a non-connected state to a connected state upon receiving a load; and a transmission section 22 for outputting detection signals Sda and Sdb capable of identifying the connected state and the non-connected state for the respective switch sections 21a and 21b. In identification processing, the processing section 43 identifies a switching pattern for the connected state and the non-connected state of the respective switch sections 21a and 21b on the basis of the detection signals Sda and Sdb, and identifies one movement pattern corresponding to the switching pattern from among a plurality of movement patterns. |
