PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signboard for guidance capable of coping with a wide variety of sizes with the minimum number of LED, and making a whole display part uniformly illuminate by using a light guide plate, resulting in improvement in visibility.SOLUTION: A signboard for guidance includes: a rectangular display part 7; an upper frame 2 mounted on the upper end part of the display part 7; a lower frame 3 mounted on the lower end part of the display part 7; an LED 8 arranged along an upper end face 7a of the display part 7 for inputting light into the display part 7; a luminance sensor 9 arranged on a back face 7b of the display part 7 for controlling the turning-on/off of the LED 8; and leg parts 3b projected from both ends of the lower frame 3. The display part 7 includes: a light guide plate 10 for guiding light of the LED 8 received from the upper end face 7a to a surface 7c of the display part 7; a reflection plate 11 arranged on the back face of the light guide plate 10 for reflecting light irregularly reflected in the light guide plate 10, and emitted to the back face side toward the front face side; and a diffusion plate 12 arranged on a front face of the light guide plate 10 for receiving and diffusing light to be emitted from the front face side of the light guide plate 10, and for emitting the light from the front face. |
