PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet type immediate release formulation which has excellent physical strength and excellent tableting aptitude which contributes to high production efficiency, while containing peptide and/or amino acid with high concentration as an active ingredient, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a tablet type immediate release formulation containing 50 mass% or more of casein and/or casein hydrolysate based on the total amount of the tablet, as well as 6.0-100 parts by mass of lactose to 100 parts by mass of the casein and/or casein hydrolysate, wherein the volume mean particle diameter of the lactose is 50 μm or more to 300 μm or less. The invention also relates to a production method of the tablet type immediate release formulation comprising preparing a mixture containing 50 mass% or more of casein and/or casein hydrolysate based on the total amount of the tablet, as well as 6.0-100 parts by mass of lactose to 100 parts by mass of the casein and/or casein hydrolysate, wherein the volume mean particle diameter of the lactose is 50 μm or more to 300 μm or less. |
