PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement apparatus which can measure the flow rate accurately by preventing the sampling time from becoming long even in a case where a plurality of ultrasonic flow rate measurement units having a pair of ultrasonic vibrators are controlled by a single control part.SOLUTION: A control part 30 comprises: a transmission/reception section 31 which has a transmission mechanism transmitting ultrasonic transmission signals to ultrasonic flow rate measurement units 1-5 and a reception mechanism receiving ultrasonic reception signals from the ultrasonic flow rate measurement units 1-5; a scheduling section 32 which executes scheduling of transmission/reception of the ultrasonic wave of the ultrasonic flow rate measurement units 1-5; a table 33 which stores data including the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave between the pair of ultrasonic vibratos 1a, 1b; and a flow rate determination section 34 which determines the flow rate of measurement fluid on the basis of the difference between the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave propagating from the upstream ultrasonic vibrator 1a to the downstream ultrasonic vibrator 1b and the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave propagating from the downstream ultrasonic vibrator 1b to the upstream ultrasonic vibrator 1a and the data stored in the table 33. |
