An adhesive painless injection patch comprises a medicine layer (10) with a function of local anesthesia and abirritation. The medicine layer (10) is covered with a reaction layer (9) enabling a pattern to change color for visualization, and the reaction layer (9) is provided with a blood vessel visualization layer (8). The adhesive painless injection patch is used for local disinfection, anesthesia, along with visualization and the like before injection. As the visualization of an interesting pattern on the injection patch is triggered by injection, the attention of the patient is successfully distracted.
